EMDR Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a form of therapy that helps people heal from distressing life experiences. EMDR can drastically reduce symptoms of PTSD, Depression, and Anxiety and accelerate recovery. EMDR aims to relieve core issues such as child abuse, neglect and dysfunctional family patterns.
Eating Disorders
You can heal your relationship with food, obsessions with weight, and body image. I uniquely blend a client-centered approach while providing the necessary tools for recovery from Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia, Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, Orthorexia, and Exercise Addiction.
Perinatal Mental Health
The transition into pregnancy and motherhood are some of the most stressful times in a woman’s life. They can be beautiful and joyful, while also being overwhelming and scary. If you are struggling with a postpartum mood disorder or adjustment to motherhood you don't have to suffer alone.
