I have advanced training in EMDR Therapy and I am Certified in both EMDR and Brainspotting Therapy. These treatment approaches enable me to efficiently identify and resolve core issues allowing for long-term healing.

Helping clients find their voice and identification of their inherent self-worth, while moving towards growth and healing is my ultimate goal as a therapist. This includes helping those who are pregnant, new moms, or those struggling with miscarriage, or birth trauma navigate difficult mental health and life transitions. As a mother, I understand how difficult the transition and adjustment can be.
I received my Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and Master’s of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of La Verne.
